You help us excel at our GTM, sales and events operations
- Run industry events end-to-end - booth, on-site networking, follow-up
- Support active sales motions - cold calling, follow-up, and qualifying inbound/outbound leads
- Improve our GTM operations by identifying and solving key bottlenecks and operational constraints
In your first weeks you will achieve the following:
- [ ] Own at least one industry event end-to-end (booth, logistics, on-site, follow-up)
- [ ] Build & maintain our outbound contact lists for the DACH energy industry
- [ ] Use AI agents to set up and automate a work-stream — we use this heavily, you should too
- [ ] Become a pro in pitching Celsio — at events, cold calls and anywhere else
Profile
Must-have
- Strong drive, willingness to take ownership (lead your own customer calls) from week 1
- Hands-on operator - you build, you don't just plan
- Studi with 16–20h/week capacity (flexible around exams)
- Fluent in German + English
- Comfortable with Claude/ChatGPT, Notion, HubSpot or similar CRM, basic spreadsheets (or fast at picking them up)
- Based in Munich / willing to work on-site in Munich most of the time

- Internship or working-student experience at a startup
