You will work day-to-day with our founders on what matters most for Celsio

• Take whatever bottleneck matters most this week (e.g., sales push, hiring loop, strategic planning)
• Own key strategic workstreams (e.g., establishing partnerships, managing energy service providers) end-to-end
• Prepare action-oriented decision proposals for fundraising, hiring debates, customer calls

In your first weeks you will achieve the following:

• [ ] Take over two strategic workstreams from our founders end-to-end
• [ ] Identify and resolve the 3 biggest operational bottlenecks
• [ ] Run one cross-functional project (e.g., hiring loop, market analysis, or pricing)

Profile

Must-have

• Top-uni background - consulting, IB, or your own startup is a plus
• High speed, full ownership
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Based in Munich / willing to work on-site in Munich most of the time

Nice-to-have

• Operations or chief-of-staff experience
• German language proficiency
• Strong writing
• Energy / climate-tech knowledge
